The oil must not be contaminated with water or any other liquid. When cooled, drain fryers back into the original container and place in an area to be picked up.  Call to arrange a time that is convenient for you and your business. 

We are unable to take hydrogenated oil (i.e., shortening).

Collection drums are available for outside storage. They can be rented or purchased.
